Berta – magnificent

The name is of Germanic origin and it means “bright, light, magnificent”.

It is a nervous and fretful girl. Among other children of the similar age she prefers to command; she also enjoys the company of adults. Berta is an inquisitive girl and does well at school. She loves reading and prefers fairy tales. She takes much after her father, both appearance and disposition.
